Honest diagnosis, fair trip charge.
A diagnostic service call on existing equipment has a flat trip charge, and we tell you the amount before we come out. If you move ahead with the repair, that charge usually rolls into the job. We won't sell you parts you don't need: if the fix is simple, we'll do the simple fix.
