Pacific Peak Mechanical LLC is a licensed HVAC contractor based at 2312 NE 191st Ave, Vancouver, WA 98684. This policy applies to information collected through our website, pacificpeakmech.com, and through the quote and contact requests you submit to us.
Information we collect.
- Information you give us. When you request a quote, use the estimator lead form, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of your HVAC project.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used for security and to understand aggregate site usage.
How we use your information.
- To respond to your quote or contact request and schedule a site visit.
- To prepare written estimates and complete the HVAC work you request.
- To follow up about your project, warranty, maintenance, or service history.
- To keep our website secure and functioning properly.
- To comply with legal, permitting, and warranty-registration obligations.
How we share information.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when necessary to run our business or meet a legal obligation:
- Service providers. Our website and lead forms are hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Equipment manufacturers (Mitsubishi Electric, American Standard) may receive the information needed to register your warranty.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and staff.
Cookies and third-party services.
Our site uses minimal cookies, and the only tracking we run measures our own marketing — CallRail call tracking and Google Ads conversion tracking. A few third-party services load on our pages and may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving content:
- Google Fonts — for typography.
- CARTO / OpenStreetMap and unpkg — to display our service-area map.
- CallRail — call tracking; sets a first-party cookie to measure which marketing channels lead to phone calls and shows a consistent phone number during your visit. Not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
- Google Ads (gtag.js) — conversion measurement; sets cookies that tell us when a click on one of our Google ads leads to a quote request or call. See our Cookie Policy for details.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work with cookies disabled.
Data retention.
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranties, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.
Your choices and rights.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
Children's privacy.
Our services are directed to homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
