Who we are.

Pacific Peak Mechanical LLC is a licensed HVAC contractor based at 2312 NE 191st Ave, Vancouver, WA 98684. This policy applies to information collected through our website, pacificpeakmech.com, and through the quote and contact requests you submit to us.

Information we collect.

Information you give us. When you request a quote, use the estimator lead form, or contact us, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of your HVAC project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, and Google Analytics collects similar site-usage data through cookies (see the Cookies section below). This is used for security and to understand aggregate site usage.

How we use your information.

To respond to your quote or contact request and schedule a site visit.
To prepare written estimates and complete the HVAC work you request.
To follow up about your project, warranty, maintenance, or service history.
To keep our website secure and functioning properly.
To comply with legal, permitting, and warranty-registration obligations.

How we share information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when necessary to run our business or meet a legal obligation:

Service providers. Our website and lead forms are hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Equipment manufacturers (Mitsubishi Electric, American Standard) may receive the information needed to register your warranty.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and staff.

Text messages.

We use text messages in two separate ways, and you control them separately.

Appointment and job texts. When you book a visit or hire us, we text you about that work: the confirmation, reminders, when your technician is on the way, your estimate or quote link, and job updates. These come from (360) 838-5568.
Referral and offer texts. We send these only if you checked the optional box on our booking form asking for them. Checking that box is never required to book a visit, get a quote, or buy anything from us, and you can leave it unchecked and still be a customer.

Message frequency varies, 2 to 4 messages a month at most. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop that kind of message, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (360) 838-5568, email contact@pacificpeakmech.com, or tell your technician. We honor a stop request however you send it, usually the same day and within 10 business days at the latest.

Your mobile number and your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our scheduling, phone, and customer service providers, is permitted. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or release your mobile phone number, or the record that you agreed to receive texts, to any third party, affiliate, or lead generator, for any purpose. The providers that help us send and route our messages, currently CallRail and GoHighLevel, handle this information only to deliver our own messages to you and for no purpose of their own.

We keep a record of when and how you agreed to receive texts, and of any request to stop, so we can show it to you or to a phone carrier if either of you asks.

Text message program terms.

Pacific Peak Mechanical sends text message updates and responses to customers and prospective customers about heating, cooling and ventilation work, including pricing, equipment and scheduling for the services offered at pacificpeakmech.com.

When you opt in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel.

How to stop. You can cancel the service at any time. Text STOP to (360) 838-5568. After you send STOP to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up the same way you did the first time and we will start sending you messages again.

How to get help. If you forget which keywords are supported, text HELP to (360) 838-5568. After you send HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use the service and how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and third-party services.

Our site uses minimal cookies, and the tracking we run measures our own site and marketing, Google Analytics, CallRail call tracking, and Google Ads conversion tracking. A few third-party services load on our pages and may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving content:

Google Fonts, for typography.
OpenStreetMap and unpkg, to display our service-area map.
CallRail, call tracking; sets a first-party cookie to measure which marketing channels lead to phone calls and shows a consistent phone number during your visit. Not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (G-LXNT0RFJGM / GTM-WQGNL7QJ), web analytics; set the _ga and _ga_* cookies so we can see aggregate site usage, which pages get read and where visitors come from. Not used to identify you personally.
Google Ads (gtag.js), conversion measurement; sets cookies that tell us when a click on one of our Google ads leads to a quote request or call. See our Cookie Policy for details.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work with cookies disabled.

Data retention.

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranties, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.

Your choices and rights.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.

Children's privacy.

Our services are directed to homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
