Pacific Peak serves residential and light-commercial clients across Southwest Washington and the greater Portland metro. Click through to your city for local info — rebates, response times, and what we see in your neighborhood.
Our Vancouver HQ is central to the metro. For scheduled work, we serve a 25-mile radius comfortably; for emergency service, we prioritize by Peak Care membership and proximity.
Pacific Peak handles residential and light-commercial HVAC across Southwest Washington and the greater Portland metro. We are a direct-hire crew based out of one Vancouver shop, which means the same team you talk to at the quote is the team that shows up at install. We do not subcontract, we do not "white-label" through marketing companies, and we do not advertise outside the area we can actually reach within a workday.
Most of our work is within 15 miles of our HQ at 2312 NE 191st Ave. Anything beyond 25 miles is case-by-case — we will do it, but we want to be honest about response times and travel fees so the math stays clean.
Typical lead times for scheduled work and emergency dispatch by city. Peak Care members get priority routing in every column.

| Ridgefield, WA | 12 mi | 1–2 weeks typical | Same-day |
| Washougal, WA | 13 mi | 1–2 weeks typical | Same-day |

"Same-day" emergency means we will get a technician out the same calendar day for active no-heat / no-cool events on existing client systems. "Next-day" means we will be there within 24 hours. Both assume normal weekday operations — we maintain limited weekend dispatch for Summit-tier Peak Care members.
If your city is not above but you are within 30 miles of Vancouver, call us — we probably serve you anyway. Places we occasionally work include Hockinson, Yacolt, La Center, and Woodland in Washington; Fairview, Wood Village, Troutdale, and Sandy in Oregon. For jobs further out, we will quote an additional mileage fee so the numbers stay honest.
We do not service the Salem, Hood River, Longview, or Olympia areas — we are not large enough to commit to those response windows. If you are calling from outside our radius, we are happy to recommend a reputable contractor we know personally.
One shop, one crew, one set of supply relationships. We could grow the radius by opening satellite operations, but every shop we have seen do that has dilluted quality. We would rather be the best HVAC contractor inside a smaller area than an average one across a larger one.
For service calls on existing equipment, there is a flat diagnostic / trip fee that we disclose up front. If you approve the repair, that fee usually rolls into the job. For installation quotes on new equipment, there is no charge — we will come out, walk the property, and build the quote at no cost.
Light commercial work — small retail, offices, restaurants up to about 8,000 sq ft — yes, within the same radius as residential. For larger commercial, multi-site portfolios, or specialty work like data centers, our scope is more limited. Talk to us; we will be honest about whether we are the right fit.
We will not commit to ongoing service on properties outside our standard area, but we will sometimes do one-off projects for existing clients with secondary properties up to 50 miles out. Case-by-case.
Yes, with the caveat that some manufactured home HVAC configurations (sealed-combustion package units, certain ductwork chases) need specialty equipment we do not always stock. We will tell you up front if we are not the right contractor for your specific configuration.
