Pacific Peak Mechanical installs and repairs HVAC for homes and light-commercial buildings within about 25 miles of its Vancouver, WA shop: Vancouver, Camas, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Washougal and Brush Prairie.
Most of our work is within 15 miles of our HQ at 2312 NE 191st Ave. We are a direct-hire crew out of one Vancouver shop, and we do not subcontract. Anything beyond 25 miles is case-by-case, with response times and any travel fee stated up front.

Scheduled work typically books 1 to 2 weeks out, and an active no-heat or no-cool call from an existing client gets same-day response on weekdays in every city below. Peak Care members get priority routing in every column.

"Same-day" emergency means a technician out the same calendar day for an active no-heat or no-cool event on an existing client's system, on normal weekdays. We keep limited weekend dispatch for Summit-tier Peak Care members.

If your Southwest Washington town is not listed but you are within 30 miles of Vancouver, call us; we probably serve you. Places we occasionally work include Hockinson, Yacolt, La Center, and Woodland. Jobs further out carry a mileage fee, quoted up front.

Why a 25-mile radius?
We work from one Vancouver shop with one crew, and 25 miles is the distance that crew can cover within a workday.
Do you charge a trip fee?
For service calls on existing equipment, there is a flat diagnostic / trip fee that we disclose up front. If you approve the repair, that fee usually rolls into the job. Installation quotes on new equipment are free: we walk the property and build the quote at no cost.
Do you serve commercial buildings outside Clark County?
Light commercial work (small retail, offices, restaurants up to about 8,000 sq ft) yes, in Southwest Washington, within the same radius as residential. Larger, multi-site or specialty commercial work is case-by-case.
What if I have a vacation rental or rental property outside the area?
We will not commit to ongoing service on properties outside our standard area, but we will sometimes do one-off projects for existing clients with secondary properties up to 50 miles out. Case-by-case.
Do you work on mobile homes / manufactured homes?
Yes, with the caveat that some manufactured home HVAC configurations (sealed-combustion package units, certain ductwork chases) need specialty equipment we do not always stock. We will tell you up front if we are not the right contractor for your specific configuration.
