Pacific Peak Mechanical installs, services and maintains light-commercial HVAC in Vancouver WA and Clark County: rooftop units, VRF, split systems and ductless for offices, retail, restaurants and small multi-tenant buildings. What we handle.

We also service make-up air units (MAUs) and exhaust and ventilation equipment, and take on light-commercial refrigeration case-by-case. Our techs carry EPA Section 608 certification and are trained on the new A2L (R-454B) refrigerants, so newer equipment is not a problem.

Who we work with.
We work with owners and property managers of offices, retail storefronts, restaurants, salons, clinics and small multi-tenant buildings, typically 2,000–40,000 sq ft. That includes restaurant kitchens that need make-up air, medical and dental offices that need documented service records, light industrial, and small apartment complexes or townhome HOAs. We're a direct-hire crew, so the same people who quote the job do the work.

Insured, documented, COI on request.
Pacific Peak is fully insured for commercial work, with $1 million in general liability plus full workers' comp, and provides a Certificate of Insurance on request, naming your management company or building owner as needed; on a service agreement the COI goes on file before the first visit. Permits are pulled on work that requires them, and we're licensed and bonded in Washington (Lic# PACIFPM742JC).

Maintenance agreements that prevent downtime.
Peak Care Commercial agreements prevent downtime with seasonal tune-ups, filter changes and documented inspections, plus priority response when something does go wrong.
Plans run quarterly or semi-annually, scheduled around your business hours (early mornings, evenings and weekends included), and every visit ends with a written condition report: photos, measurements and recommended actions. Agreement members get guaranteed response windows, typically 4-hour during business hours, plus fleet pricing on out-of-scope repairs. Standard agreements run annually; month-to-month is available on request.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Yes. We're fully insured for commercial work and can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request before the job starts, naming your property management company or building owner as needed.
