HVAC for builders in Clark County.
Pacific Peak Mechanical installs heating and cooling in new homes and ADUs across Clark County, from duct rough-in to final inspection, with a direct-hire crew out of Vancouver. The owner picks up the phone.

What we handle on a new home.
- Duct rough-in, trunk and branch runs, boots, returns, sealed before the insulation goes in.
- Heat pumps and furnaces, sized to the house, set, piped, and started up.
- Ductless for ADUs, bonus rooms, and shops.
- Mechanical permit and inspections, pulled by us, rough-in and final.
- Start-up and hand-off, thermostat set, filter in, the buyer shown how it works.
How a bid works.
Send the plan set, a PDF is fine, to contact@pacificpeakmech.com or call (360) 838-5568. You get a written bid back with the equipment listed by brand and model, so you can compare it line for line with whoever you use now. If you build the same plan more than once, the second bid is faster.
Why builders use a small shop.
When a framer runs late or an inspector moves a date, one call reschedules the crew. We install Mitsubishi Electric and American Standard, and our techs carry EPA Section 608 certification and are trained on the new A2L (R-454B) refrigerants.
